Weiss OEM-suppliers are carefully selected according to certain criteria. They need to be certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. By using certified suppliers we ensure that the production is in order, that raw material and production is kept under control (radioactive, otherwise contaminated, various content). The ladl is tested with spectrometer twice before it is sent out. How big is the distance from ladl to model? Is cooling under control? Post processing etc. In addition to the chemical composition the mechanical durability is extremely important. We work with DIN compliant materials so that breaking strength and working temperature range are carefully defined.
