Efficiency is stated in relation to the fuel’s lower heating value. The actual energy recovery depends on the individual plant, fuel and operating conditions. <\/em><\/p>\n

Flue gas condensation produces condensate, which must subsequently be treated. SEGFlu BIO is designed for the treatment of condensate from, among other applications, biomass boilers and waste incineration plants.<\/p>\n

The system removes particles, impurities, heavy metals and PAH compounds while also regulating the pH level. With SEGFlu ULTRA, the condensate can be treated further using ultrafiltration. The purified water can then be reused as make-up water in the plant instead of being discharged to the sewer.<\/p>\n
