ASH CONVEYOR

Ash conveyor type A-V is used for ash removal. It ensures the transportation of the ash from the bottom grate and from the ash chute to the ash container.

The conveyor consists among others of a pulling station, inclined conveyor with removable lids, bend with removable lid, water station, horizontal conveyor with removable lids and turning end.

The conveyor is also equipped with an inlet and outlet.

The horizontal part of the conveyor is supplied with water. The water level is controlled by an inductive sensor for water filling, inductive sensor for min. water level and a swimmer. Conveyor chain with bracket and scraper pushes the ash from the grate to the ash container. The chain is driven by a geared motor with a fixed speed. The chain is driven by the geared motor through chain transmission.

ASKESNEGL

The ash auger type 220-W is used for ash extraction.

The auger transports the ash from the ash fall to an ash container or ash bin. The ash auger consists of an auger driven by a geared motor with a fixed speed, an auger tube ø 220 mm, equipped with an inlet and an outlet and a sealing bearing. The auger is specially designed for ash and is made with an extra strong auger winding.

At the outlet there is an inspection hatch which is fitted with a nut and which does not open during operation of the system. Ash auger type 220-W is available in 2 modules.

Type 220-W-1 is designed for an ash outlet from an NT retort/scrubbing grate SR-MC and an N-M multicyclone (the auger tube can be joined with an ash sluice).

Type 220-W-2 is designed to transport the ash from the 220-W-1 auger to an ash container (max length 6 m). The 2 modules can be assembled into a transport system.

Ash auger 220-W-2 can be positioned at an angle from 0 degrees to 180 degrees to the retort/grate (on both sides).

TRANSPORT NEGLECT

The auger is designed to transport fine-grained material (13x13x13 mm) with a maximum moisture content of 35%. The material shall be biomaterial suitable for this type of snail handling. The transport auger can be attached to, for example, outfeeders type NFF-NFU or stoker.

The conveyor auger is direct drive, where the connection between the auger and the geared motor is assembled with a chain coupling. The auger conveyor can be designed with variable speed, which ensures material transportation in appropriate quantities per unit of time. The material flow is set by adjusting the frequency of the motor.

Where the screw conveyor is used in connection with stoker plants, the material is often conveyed through an angle head. The screw conveyor is designed with inlet and outlet. A micro switch with a sensor can be mounted on the outlet, which will be activated if the auger is overfilled. A cleaning gate is also placed in the outlet at the end of the auger.

TRUGSNEGL

The TS-250 trough auger is designed to transport material from the outfeed system to the stoker or similar. The trough auger is equipped with a fixed speed geared motor. The clean-out gate above the outlet is spring-loaded and fitted with a microswitch that shuts off the auger in the event of overfilling. The trough auger can be associated with, for example, outfeeders type NFF-NFU or stoker.
